Every Common Pest, One Local Technician
Our full range of services covers what actually turns up in local homes: ants through the slab and benchtops, cockroaches in the kitchen, redbacks and funnel-webs in the yard, rats and mice in the roof, and fleas after a pet. We also handle the jobs a lot of operators will not take on: wasp nests, bird proofing including solar panels, and licensed possum removal and roof proofing.
Termites Are the One That Costs Real Money
Termites do more damage to Australian homes than fire and flood combined, and standard home insurance does not cover a cent of it. Our termite inspections follow Australian Standard AS 3660 and use thermal imaging and moisture metering across every accessible area, with a written photographic report at the end. Where activity is found, our treatment and barrier programs eliminate the colony first and then protect the property properly. The newer estates around us are slab-on-ground on reactive clay, exactly the conditions that warrant an annual inspection.
Homes, Businesses and Whole Buildings
For business we run scheduled commercial programs with the pest register and documentation an auditor will ask for, serviced after hours where trading requires it. For owners corporations and managing agents, our strata pest management covers common property and lot interiors on one program, one report and one invoice. Renters and landlords can book our end-of-lease treatment and get the dated certificate the agent needs on the day.
